Attack of the 60 Foot Centerfolds part 2

The three finalists for Plaything Magazine’s “Centerfold of the Year” are Inga (Raelyn Saalman), Betty (Tammy Parks) and Angel Grace (JJ North). During a photoshoot, Betty makes some rather scathing remarks regarding Angel’s appearance. Angel becomes self-conscious, and goes to Dr. Lindstrom at his clinic. Angel had taken beauty enhancing treatments previously, but now wants to get back on the program. Though Lindstrom warns her that any additional doses could be fatal, Angel still pleads to be put back on the program. Dr. Lindstrom gives her a case with several vials, cautioning her to only take one a day. That night, Angel takes her first vial. The result of it causes her breasts to increase in size. Shortly thereafter, Angel, Betty and Inga go to the Plaything Mansion, and meet Bob Gordon, the founder of Plaything Magazine. The night before the photoshoot with all the girls, the shoot’s photographer Mark (Tim Abell) tries to sleep with each of the girls. Though Betty and Inga shoot him down, Angel gives into his sweet talk. Angel accidentally oversleeps and misses the beginning of the photoshoot. As she checks herself in the mirror, she realizes that she didn’t take a vial the previous day, and wrinkles are settling in. In an act of desperation, she takes 3–5 vials. The overdose causes her to pass out for just a moment. When she reawakens, she has grown easily 1–2 feet taller than normal. Angel is oblivious, even though her high heels and bikini seem smaller. Hi, in this video I show you how to do my ab routine for achieving a flat toned stomach and a strong core. My featured tip uses weights in order to expedite achieving strong abdominal muscles in less time while using traditional crunches. You don’t have to spend enormous amounts of time doing situp routines if you use proper form and concentrate on using your abdominal muscles properly. Please give it a try. You will see results! Remember good form is the key and so is consistency. I never leave the gym without doing my ab work. A strong core will help your back as well if you suffer from back problems. Be careful when adding weights to your routine if you have any type of neck or back injury. You don’t want to make it worse. Start with light weights if you are new to using weights.     Hi, you can do it either way. It’s up to you. I do this entire routine when I do my situps workout, but you can omit parts or add different exercises as you see fit. If there is an exercise you don’t like or you are uncomfortable doing, please do substitute something else or simply extend one of the other exercises, but do spend at least 10 minutes on your abs for best results.

    Hi – Thanks for the video. I have been running seriously for about last 3-4 years … did a couple of marathon .. I do swimming as well. Still, I have lots of flab in my stomach and thighs. I am sure it is to do with the diet. Do you have any complimentary videos for the diet control as well?

    Hi, most likely you are not maintaining proper form and using your lower abs and small of your back to lift your body. Really concentrate on keeping perfect form and you will definitely feel it.

    Many people believe these foods make you gain weight, but that is not true. Of course, you have to eat them in moderation and they have to be healthy choices like whole grain carbs and healthy fat. Examples of good carbs would be whole wheat bread, whole grain pasta, brown rice, high fiber cereal. Examples of good fats: olive oil, nuts, avocados, peanut butter.

    Hi, how quickly you see results really depends on whether you have weight to lose. If you have excess fat in your abdominal area, that will cover your abdominal muscles and it will be harder for you to see the results of your hard work. You should know, though, that the benefits are happening underneath. You are getting stronger and more toned and helping to bring in any flabby tummy fat. It takes time for results, but they will come with commitment and no, you should not avoid carbs and fats.

    Fyi viewers I used regular weight thay u use to work out ur arms for this routine and its so much easier because I can put one hand at each end of the weight it gives a better grip

Kudos to you for improvising with the couch and then coming back to it to try again! That’s the way to do it!! Stick with things and you will get there. Our bodies are so wonderful at accommodating new challenges. It’s just that so many people give up before they see the results they want. You do need a regular schedule of exercise to see results.
