Haiti is a libertarians hell. Slavery till 1804. Vast environmental degradation by outside forces. Tariffs, Status of non-recognition, occupation. Today foreign aid makes up approximately 30–40% of the national government’s budget. Its ruling elite have there roots in the day of slavery, not because of great wealth creation.
